Inspiring people to live a healthier life with tasty food and natural clean table water is key to Halibiz Industries in Nigeria and worldwide. The organization intends to accomplish this by focusing on the quality and safety of its workers, from cultivating an atmosphere that prioritizes quality and health to assist them in making better health choices for themselves.

The Golden Rules of Quality
Halibiz Industries is committed to ensuring that all of its employees are protected by a quality management system that is certified. The company is determined to keep to the already established standards implemented by the World Health Organization (WHO):
Ensuring our quality managers always liaise with staff,
Manage data archives,
Conduct regular audits and reviews,
and report on any quality assurance issues.

Health Campaigns and Awareness
The company has also launched quality and safety campaigns to make employees more aware of quality standard operating procedures, maintain ISO compliance, and an approved supplier list. In partnership with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), it pronounces on the quality and safety of products after appropriate analysis and conducts appropriate tests, and ensures compliance with standard specifications designated.

World Quality Day
Halibiz Industries’ efforts to boost the enthusiasm for improving the quality of its employees highlight the importance of this year's World Quality Day. This year’s theme will run for an entire week, focusing on sustainability: improving our products, people and planet, to help meet the ISO 9001 standards of “performance monitoring and continued improvement that applies to organizations of any size.”
