The term "Safety Culture" is more than a motto; It's a collection of everyday actions that have a bigger organizational impact. Halibiz Industries ensures that our words are backed up by concrete actions, ensuring that safety culture is more than just a trendy buzzword or an unintended by-product, but rather a company-wide guiding concept.
When it comes to developing good health and safety practices throughout Halibiz, we made an avenue for good empowerment at all levels of the workplace. Empowerment in Halibiz Industries is all about helping workers feel involved and capable of adopting measures that improve the safety of the workplace.

As a result, the Federal Fire Service Safety Inspection team paid a surprise visit to the factory. These inspections point out risks and hazards in the facility, which are noted at the end of a report to be remedied by employers. The inspectors checked the safety systems that are in place. For example, fire extinguishers, lighted exit signs as well as exit doors and also determined the fire hazards that exist within the building and ways that a fire may spark. The inspectors were impressed with the level of safety in place in every key sector in the company. They further made recommendations on how to maintain the safety culture and improve on the already existing HSE measures in place.
At the end of the day, safety culture is vital to Halibiz Industries, but only those who actually put in the effort and incorporate it into their daily activities will see the genuine benefits.
